Ordering & Delivery
What is the cut-off time for same-day dispatch?
Orders placed before 3:00pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3:00pm on Friday are dispatched the following Monday. No dispatch takes place on weekends or UK bank holidays.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. We offer free UK delivery on all orders, fully tracked as standard. For urgent orders, you can upgrade to next-day delivery for £8.99. See full delivery details →
What happens if my order is delayed?
Check your tracking link first. If your order is overdue, contact us and we will resolve it quickly with the courier.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.

Are your number plates road legal?
All MUZZPLATES number plates are manufactured to BS AU 145e standards using the correct font, spacing and compliant materials. Learn more about road legal requirements →
Do I need documents to order number plates?
Yes. As a DVLA-registered supplier, we must verify your identity and entitlement before producing plates. View required documents →
Will my spacing be corrected automatically?
If you are ordering road-legal plates, spacing is applied correctly regardless of how it is entered. We only supply road-legal plates, so the final spacing is produced properly before manufacture.

What size are standard UK number plates?
The standard UK size is 520mm x 111mm. We also offer short plates and alternative sizes. View all available sizes →
Can I order a single plate?
Yes. You can choose front only, rear only, or a pair when building your order.
How do I fit my number plates?

Orders, Changes & Warranty
Can I change or cancel my order?
If production has not started, we may be able to help. Once your order enters manufacturing, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Do your plates come with a warranty?
Yes. All MUZZPLATES products include a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering material and manufacturing defects.
How long will my number plates last?
Our plates are built using premium materials and are designed to last for years under normal road use.
