Fast, Secure & Fully Tracked UK Delivery

At MUZZPLATES, we provide fast, reliable, and fully tracked delivery across the UK. Every order is carefully packaged to ensure your custom number plates arrive safely and on time.


Same-Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 3:00pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3:00pm on Friday are dispatched the following Monday. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or UK bank holidays. Dispatch times refer to manufacturing completion rather than the time the order is placed.


Delivery Options & Prices

We offer two clear delivery options at checkout. Delivery prices are fixed per order, regardless of quantity.

Tracked Delivery – £4.99
This service includes fully tracked UK delivery with an estimated delivery time of one to three working days after dispatch. There is no additional charge for multiple plates within the same order.

Guaranteed Next-Day Delivery – £8.99
This service guarantees delivery on the next working day after dispatch. It is fully tracked from dispatch to delivery and is recommended for urgent orders.


Couriers We Use

Depending on the selected delivery service and location, orders may be shipped using Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, Yodel, DHL, or FedEx. All deliveries include end-to-end tracking, which is provided once your order has been dispatched.


Estimated Delivery Times

Tracked Delivery typically arrives within one to three working days after dispatch. Guaranteed Next-Day Delivery arrives on the next working day after dispatch. Delivery times may vary due to location, weather conditions, or courier demand. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless the next-day service is selected.


Packaging

All number plates are shipped in secure, protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. Orders are sealed using MUZZPLATES branded tape as standard, and packaging is plain and suitable for gift orders. If you require fully unbranded packaging, please email us immediately after placing your order. This can be arranged at no extra cost provided production has not already started.


Missing, Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking link provided by email and review the estimated delivery date. If your parcel appears overdue, contact us and we will liaise with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please sign for the parcel as “Damaged” where possible and photograph both the packaging and the plates immediately. Contact us within forty-eight hours of delivery, quoting your order number and attaching the images. We will arrange a replacement where appropriate and manage any courier claim on your behalf.


Courier Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, delays caused by courier services are outside our control and do not automatically qualify for a refund. However, we will provide full support in resolving any delivery-related issues.
