At MUZZPLATES, every order is shipped using fully tracked UK delivery. Your plates are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely, securely, and ready to fit.
Free UK Delivery
All orders include FREE fully tracked UK delivery. There are no hidden fees, no minimum spend, and no extra cost for multiple plates within the same order.
Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.
Next-Day Delivery Upgrade
Royal Mail Special Delivery – £8.99
Guaranteed next working day delivery after dispatch. Fully tracked and prioritised throughout the network. Recommended for urgent orders.
Same-Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 3:00pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 3:00pm on Friday are dispatched the following Monday. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or UK bank holidays.
Dispatch times refer to manufacturing completion, not the time the order is placed.
Courier
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail tracked services. You will receive full tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging
All number plates are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Orders are sealed using MUZZPLATES branded tape as standard.
If you require unbranded packaging, please contact us immediately after ordering. This can be arranged provided production has not already started.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link first.
If your parcel appears delayed, contact us and we will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph both the packaging and the plates and contact us within 48 hours of delivery, quoting your order number.
We will arrange a replacement where appropriate and handle the courier claim on your behalf.
Courier Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched, delays caused by the courier are outside our control and do not automatically qualify for a refund.
However, we will provide full support in resolving any delivery-related issues.
